How does the 100-night trial work?
We offer a 100-night trial on our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 100 days, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund.
What is the shipping cost and timeline?
We offer free UPS shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States and Canada. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Do Casper mattresses require a specific bed frame?
Our mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface such as a platform bed, slatted base with slats no more than 4 inches apart, or a traditional box spring.
How is the mattress delivered?
Your mattress is compressed and rolled into a compact box for easy delivery. Once unboxed, it will expand to its full shape within minutes, though it may take up to 24 hours to fully firm up.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like permanent indentations greater than one inch.
Are Casper products environmentally friendly?
Yes, all our foams are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, mercury, lead, or heavy metals, and have low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.
